Project Overview

We were approached by a property developer in Gorsedd, Holywell to design and install highly efficient heating and hot water systems for a development of five new homes in Flintshire. The aim was to create sustainable, low-carbon solutions that would provide long-term energy savings and superior comfort for future homeowners.

After reviewing the heating demands for each property, we recommended the Mitsubishi Ecodan Ultra Quiet 8.5kW Air Source Heat Pump — a reliable, energy-efficient unit known for its exceptional performance and near-silent operation.

To deliver comfortable and controllable heating throughout, we installed underfloor heating on the ground floors, complete with individual room thermostats for precise temperature management. This was paired with radiators upstairs, ensuring quick response times and an even heat distribution throughout each home.

The Mitsubishi outdoor units complement the sleek, modern design of the properties, while the clean internal layout showcases tidy pipework, manifolds, and cylinders — all installed with care to maximise available space and maintain easy access for servicing.
